Preorders available for "A History of the World"

For readers interested in history, Donn H. Crilly's A History of the World is an excellent gift. The 1,086-page hardcover book providers the history buff with an overview of history from a scientific perspective, beginning with humankind's first experiences and ending with the events of 1945, with some commentary on the current state of the world.
Officially available on Saturday, December 10, books will ship that day for orders placed prior to 10 a.m. central. We will have the book available for preorders here on Nebraska Book Source later today.
Remember, it takes eight to twelve business days for USPS Media Mail; most orders should arrive by December 23 that are shipped that Saturday, but because of the post office's policy and the amount of mail around the holidays, orders may arrive after Christmas. If we could, we would send books sooner, but we need to abide by the publisher's publication date.
